I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, it has friendly staff who are always willing to help, and the overall atmosphere is delightful, especially at the winter garden bar. However, my room was not ideal due to noise from the lift and the street outside, and the breakfast options were quite disappointing, especially the coffee.
